Trainee Credit Control/Sales Ledger Assistant - £(phone number removed)
Due to the office location, you will need to have your own transport.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where full training will be given.
Key duties:
Chasing payment of overdue accounts via phone, email, and letter.
Reconciliation of accounts
Reconciling the Trust bank account
Dealing with queries both internally and externally to ensure smooth & timely resolution.
Allocating self-bill payments and using the managed service portals.
Opening and setting up new accounts
Maintaining / updating customer details to ensure ledger accuracy.
Reviewing ledger with the finance director to highlight any problems and agree targets and action going forward.
Issuing legal letters and liaising with solicitors
Filling out supplier forms
Making detailed notes
