Position: Contracts Manager

The Company
This Contracts Manager’s role is with one of the leading main contractors in the facilities management, property services and main contracting sectors, providing a wide range of services to a multi-national client base. Part of their offering includes acting as a main contractor, undertaking a diverse range of projects within their clients existing property portfolio/estates including M&E upgrades, building fabric refurbishment and commercial fit out with values from £1m - £15m.
The role includes:
Leading project teams from preconstruction through to delivery and handover, to deliver projects safely, to a high quality, and ensuring financial targets for each project or projects are achieved.
Leading and supporting Health and Safety initiatives and ensure that the SHEQ Strategy & deliverables are applied to your projects.
Managing the customer relationship during pre-construction, delivery and post construction to effectively manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
Work closely with design consultants to ensure a complete and co-ordinated design that enables outstanding delivery.
Understand the contract terms and conditions for each project you are accountable for and ensure your teams understand these and have the knowledge needed to correctly administer the contract.
