We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a Buyer based in the North West that has a background working alongside residential projects to work for one of the regions largest developers.
You’ll be working in a team of three which consists of another buyer alongside the procurement manager.
As they continue to win more projects and maintain their position as one of the regions largest developers, they need another buyer to come on board. Ensuring that sites are fully prepared to kick off and be able to run smoothly. Without the threat of running out of materials.
Ideally, they’re only looking for 2-3 years worth of experience and for that they’re offering in the region of £35,000. This comes alongside an annual bonus which is paid out at the end of the financial year.
Job Role:
· Liaise with the various team from project inception and budgeting through to completion.
· Efficiently manage and grow the supply chain to support all areas of the business
· Prepare and deliver monthly reports and presentations for senior management and external collaborators.
· Cultivate robust partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Uphold meticulous project documentation and filing protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience in a similar role such as Buyer for the last 2-3 years
· Have worked alongside Residential projects
· Worked with Coins management system preferably
· Preferably have an understanding of estimation/quantity surveying to ensure smooth communication with the team
