Role Overview:
We are looking for an Education Operations Manager to ensure efficient onsite delivery of services and effective interface between onsite and remote support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customer escalations, overseeing operations at all sites to ensure the smooth running of the Helpdesk, onsite teams, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations to ensure efficient Helpdesk, onsite teams, and project delivery.
Implement and monitor effective SLAs and KPIs across Helpdesk and onsite services.
Ensure onsite presence as required across relevant sites and office bases.
Lead and manage Helpdesk and Project Managers to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and understand location-level P&Ls at both local entity and regional levels.
Drive business efficiency and revenue growth.
Optimize the quote-to-cash process to enhance revenues and billing.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any escalations.
Collaborate with the Operations Department to enhance workflows, policies, and procedures.
