My client are an international market leader who have exciting growth plans for their UK operation. To support this growth, they are looking to hire a new BDM/Account Director.
The Account Director will support the Head of Growth by managing key accounts, driving new business initiatives, and achieving a sales target of £500K to £700K.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the annual sales target of £500K to £700K through strategic planning and execution.

New Logo Acquisition: Strategically seek out and secure new clients to expand market presence.

Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Actions to Achieve: Conduct regular client meetings; analyze customer usage data for potential growth opportunities.

Sales Outreach: Collaborate with Service Delivery to develop effective sales sequences that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

Customer Meetings: Schedule and attend regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Required Skills:
-Experience of selling to one or more of the following:- IT Managers, IT Direcrtors, HR etc
-Experience of selling training OR technical solutions to any public sector vertical
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
