D365 Finance and Operations Trainer.
We need a contract D365 F and O Trainer to start ASAP. As the Trainer you will have finance or accountancy experience, knowledge, and experience of Microsoft D365. You will be able to demonstrate how to carry out business processes in the new environment and potentially suggest better ways of working where appropriate.
It goes without saying you will have a track record of training as you will be directly responsible for the D365 Finance and Operations training, end to end, as part of the IT Training Team. As such you will have strong communication skills to clearly convey complex business scenarios and adopt training methodologies to train various teams.
Title: D365 Finance and Operations Trainer.
Location: Hybrid London 3 days a week 2 days a week remote.
Start: ASAP.
Rate: £425 - £450 per day
Duration: 3 months.
Tasks.
Establish relationships with representatives of the Finance and Non-Finance Teams.
Familiarise themselves with the As-Is and To-Be processes.
Familiarise themselves with existing training materials and further develop or enhance them where necessary; note that training material will be treated as "living documents” as new ways of working come to the fore.
Develop case studies and scenarios relevant to Day in the Life of user personas
Create assessments/quizzes to evaluate user understanding
Customise/tailor training materials for different user groups and personas
Assess user progress through quizzes, practical learning scenarios
Gather feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training
Modify training content or methods based on feedback for future sessions
Provide additional resources and documentation for ongoing support e.g. knowledge hub
Offer and run follow on sessions to address post training queries or knowledge gaps
Conduct training sessions according to predefined schedule.
Liaise with the corporate talent and learning team to ensure that training provided is recorded.
Engagement of users and feedback during and after sessions
Iterate on training plan against training objectives i.e. what does success look like
Monitor system adoption and provide further assistance or advance training as needed
Analyse system adoption and user proficiency post training
Evaluate overall success of training offered against objectives/benefits
Tailor training to meet specific business requirements and processes
