Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division are now working with a high profile client, who is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner on a fixed term basis, to join their large established Central Support team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will take responsibility for providing an ER Advisory service to managers across the business, ensuring outstanding ER advice and guidance to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Solid experience within an ER/HR role, with a wealth of knowledge of a range of ER policies and procedures
Ideally CIPD qualified
A strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships at all levels, with a continuous improvement mindset
