Job Title: Community Co-ordinator
Location: Crawley
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (flexible hours, e.g., 8:30-16:30, 9:00-17:00)
Salary: £25,000 base
Benefits: 5 weeks’ paid holiday plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Managing funeral arrangements and liaising with clients

Delivering excellent customer service

Community engagement (e.g., visiting nursing homes, attending charity events)

Following established processes and procedures

Working both independently and as part of a small team

Utilising IT systems efficiently and effectively

Ensuring accurate and detailed documentation
Requirements:

Proven customer service skills

Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team

Flexibility to meet job demands, including out-of-hours community engagement (compensated with lieu time)
