Job Description
This is a key role within the ULC VMO2 account .
Manage the design delivery aspect of the programme to ensure that site design elements are being performed within KPIs
Ensure design delivery and regional design managers have the knowledge necessary to clear dependencies swiftly , achieve client targets and where appropriate approve POs within project budgets to suppliers and from client to ULC.
Build strong Client relationships and chairing Client meetings, representing the ULC brand
Find efficiencies and improvements in internal and external processes.
Check and oversee internal trackers and schedules in use throughout the team
Input site data into internal and client systems where required
Sign off and oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs and Quality Plans
Analyse reporting data to understand if discrepancies are occurring and elements are not hitting KPI dates.
Implement and approve rectification measures to bring the programme back within required KPI timeframes if necessary
Ensure that these rectification measures are implemented and monitored for effectiveness
Manage continuous improvement of the project team by the effective use of KPIs and Personal Development Reviews
Ensure workload of the team is monitored regularly and highlight areas where this needs to be managed
Ensure that the procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all times
Work closely with the relevant Quantity Surveyor to ensure they are aware of any financial impact that may happen within the team
Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect
Understand RAN Design and the associated dependency clearance to deliver a “clean” approved client detailed design for legal access and construction build thereafter.

Excellent understanding of end-to-end wireless network deployment processes and ways of working
Excellent level of IT skills including excel, and other Microsoft packages
10+ years’ end to end experience wireless telecommunications network deployment
Working towards a recognised professional qualification (desired but not mandatory)
Adept at manipulating client tools/reports/ data on a regular basis
Health and Safety Qualification(s)

This job is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Warrington Office
