Headley have a new vacancy with our client based near Halifax, seeking a Project Account Manager.
The company design, manufacture and install a range of bespoke products – the projects will vary in scope, size and complexity and offers a fast moving, dynamic and challenging working environment.
The role will see you acting as a point of contact between the end client, Sales, Production, Design, Installation ensuring that projects are moving along on time, to budget and according to client requests.
This will be an office based role, with occasional site and client visits.
Duties of the role to include:

Handover of client projects from sales, and liaison with client to understand the brief

Working as part of a Client team, to include Design, Manufacturing, Installation to deliver the project

Determine material requirements and working with sub-contract manufacturing partners and Purchasing as required

Act as point of contact for the client, to include necessary reporting, updating of documentation around specifications, quotations, project timelines etc.

Retain, develop and initiate client relationships with existing and prospective clients.
About you:

Experience in a project / account management role for accompany supplying products to industries such as exhibition/events, retail, interior fit out

Well organised and disciplined – able to handle numerous projects concurrently.

Appreciation of materials and manufacturing processes

Excellent communicator, credible with clients and able to coordinate across a range of different stakeholders
-
Commercial outlook, attention to detail and a track record of successfully delivering projects
