Care Home Manager
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager on behalf of our client, a well-respected care home in the picturesque town of Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum and the opportunity to lead a committed team in delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
Leading, managing, and motivating a team of care staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the care home.Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Home Manager.
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification preferred.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within a care home setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
