Customer Service Executive
Manchester/Bracknell – 12 Month Initial Contract - £14.85ph – £16.44ph
Hybrid, 1 day on site.

Our client are looking for a high calibre Customer Service Representative to join their talented team.The overall objective is to provide exceptional customer service to a wide variety of clients primarily over the phone and email. Responsibilities:

To liaise with the business partners on customer relationship management utilizing Salesforce functionality

To provide service and support through utilizing various systems across a wide range of products

To collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure we are providing the highest level of service and any queries are resolved in a timely manner.

Ensuring all transactions always meet required compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements.
About You:
-
Minimum secondary level education with relevant work experience IT literate, excel, word, outlook.

2/3 years’ experience

Good written and verbal communication essential in English.

Use of SAP and Salesforce is desirable.

Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes.

Experience of supply chain and logistics is also desirable.

Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Travel: 5% expected – Should customer visits be required
