This is a opportunity like no other as you will have full control of the finance department in this no.1 in finance role as the Head of Finance. You will also have the ability to work closely with a Finance director which will inturn help you progress professionaly within your career.
What you will be doing?
Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Year-end financial accounts liaising with our external auditors.
Monthly board pack reporting including variance analysis and KPI testing.
Budgeting and financial forecasting.
Preparation and processing of payroll, PAYE and pension contributions.
Key account reconciliations with particular focus on trade debtor and trade creditor management, managing cash flow.
Implementation and testing of accounting controls and procedures.
Petty cash management and audit.What I am looking for from you?
A hands on manager who has the ability to autonomously lead the finance function of the business.
Has processed payroll using Sagepay.
Ability to manager and mentor a junior member of staff who you will teach Sagepay payroll to alongside other duties they can undertake.
Experience preparing management accounts.What is on offer?
Ability to work a 4 day working week.
