Aftersales Coordinator - Yeovil
Salary: £25,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Thu, 8:30am - 3:30pm Fri
Contract: Permanent
Join our dynamic aftersales team as an Aftersales Coordinator, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and ensuring exceptional levels of service. In this role, you will provide support with quotations, orders, and aftersales requests. As the successful candidate, you will have the following responsibilities:
Generate quotations and process orders for the Sales and Service Departments promptly and accurately.
Assist the Sales team in following up on orders and quotations.
Provide support to other departments, including General Administration and Warehouse, as needed.
Utilise company software to maintain accurate data.
To excel in this position, you will bring outstanding customer service skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new competencies. You must possess the following qualifications:
GCSE qualifications in Maths, English, and Science (or equivalent).
Prior experience in an office-based customer service role.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in IT, including MS Office packages.
Previous knowledge of SAP is preferred, but training will be provided.
