Core Aspects of the Sales Negotiator/Trainee Valuer role
Handling inbound and making outbound telephone calls
Managing buyer applicants
Arranging and carrying out sales viewings
Diary management
Feedback, marketing support, and relationship management with Vendors
Preparing property marketing for listings
Producing regular marketing content such as short videos of you and your activities for our social media platforms
Adhering to AML, CPR, and other relevant compliance and regulations
Tightly-knit record keeping (using our CRM)
Qualifying buyers and processing due diligence
Generating Solicitor and other third-party referrals
Prospecting and business generation
Delivery of high levels of customer service and generating 5 star reviews
Knowledge of sales progression
Delivery of sales targets and KPI’s
Reporting to and supporting Branch Manager and Director
Training to value and list sales properties
Spec of the Sales Negotiator/Trainee Valuer role
Minimum 2 years experience in Estate Agency in a similar role
Salary including OTE: £28,500-£30,500
Basic Salary: Approx. £25,000-£26,000
Annual Leave: 31 days initially, ie 22 days + bank holidays, increasing with years of service
Monday-Friday: 09.00-17.30
Saturdays: 1/2 a day every 1 in 3 Saturdays (phone number removed)

Location: based at our office 5-6 St Chads Parade, Otley Rd, Far Headingley, Leeds, LS16 5JH
