Position: Home Manager - Residential Care Home
Salary: up to £49,000

The home offer round-the-clock care and we are looking for an experienced Home Manager to come and join the friendly team. The home is registered for up to 55 residents providing residential and residential dementia care.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Recognised qualification in health & social care
The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
