Summary
NG Bailey Facilities Services have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias), to work with our amazing client Victoria Leeds Retail to provide a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive). This role is located in Leeds City Centre, and is a customer facing role, providing excellent opportunities for development.
Working hours are 40 hours – (Apply online only) Monday to Friday. There are also opportunities for Overtime. We can offer Reduced Parking at £4 per day if travelling by Car.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey health and safety systems and procedures.
Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreement’s to meet KPI’s.
Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.
Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external Legislation governing the Business Operations.
Capable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works & Small Projects carried out by others.
What we’re looking for:
An experienced Electrical Technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. If this sounds like you, you'll thrive in this role.
You will hold current qualifications to work as a Electrical engineer including;
Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (preferable but not essential)
City & Guilds Electrical discipline competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
Conversant with Electrical / Mechanical Plant related Building Services PPM's carried out in line with SFG20 and resulting Reactive Work
