Our client is an established company who put the customers first in everything that they do. They are situated in modern semi-rural offices surrounded by charming villages.
They are seeking an experienced all-round Customer Service Executive to join their small team.
The friendly team all ensure the best possible customer service and duties include.
JOB ROLE

Answering customer support emails and process orders via online portal

Providing excellent customer service via the telephone during manufacture process

Creating bespoke orders and following up on quotations

Oversee customer returns including inspection of products.

Post sample requests and pack items for delivery.
REQUIREMENTS

We would expect the successful Customer Service Executive to have previous customer service skills, alongside clear written and verbal communication skills.

Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel are essential. They must have an eye for detail, use their initiative and stay calm under pressure.
Owner/driver required due to semi-rural location.
