Job Overview
Delighted to partner with this leading business in the search for an experienced Quality Manager, who will be an integral member of the Senior Management team, contributing to the successful performance of the business and planning the successful development and growth of their department and the business.
Role Criteria:
- Minimum Degree level qualification in a relatable field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar Senior Quality role
- Previous experience of ISO 9001 and ISO Management
- Previous Manufacturing industry related experience
- People and Team Management experience
Role Duties:
- Lead the Quality Department to ensure continued compliance to ISO9001
- Ensure that quality standards are communicated effectively, and appropriate training is delivered to employee`s throughout the organisation
- Develop and maintain effective control information; monitor all sections closely and institute early effective corrective/preventive actions where performance/costs are not to the required standards.
- Establish, maintain and develop a close working relationship with effective two-way communications with all internal stakeholders & customers.
- To effectively lead & contribute to the improvement of productivity, cost effectiveness and consistency of product quality throughout the factory.
- Ensure that agreed improvements are effectively introduced and produce agreed cost/quality improvements and returns.
- Maintain close working relationships with Company Technical Departments to ensure that new product requirements.
