Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems, telephone systems, and networks to ensure seamless operations.
Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support across the company, both in person and over the phone.
User Account Management: Set up and manage accounts for new and existing users.
Equipment Maintenance: Repair and replace equipment as necessary to maintain efficiency.
Software Development: Engage in the development of next-generation software projects, utilizing best practices for tested, documented, and maintainable code.
Technology Testing: Evaluate new technology and software to keep the company at the forefront of IT advancements. What Our Client Is Looking For:
Technical Experience: Demonstrable experience with hardware and network management.
Software Proficiency: Proven knowledge of C# .net and SQL Server; familiarity with Python and Django is advantageous.
Best Practices Knowledge: Understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, coding standards, and version control.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
