Field based Account Manager
Location - Southeast
Salary £45k to £55k basic plus commission
Our client is a leading medical company in their industry currently recruiting for a Field based Account manager to join their team. In return for an excellent benefits package and commission.
Role
Manage the end-to-end sales process for customers by identifying commercial opportunities within medical devices
Drive business through growth and market share
Contribute to the development of annual strategic plan with business intelligence
Understand accounts needs and expectations
Design and execute sales strategies
Builds and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Support clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities
Plan and prepare tender/ proposals based on account
Record all customer information on sales force
Ideal candidate
Proven sales experience with in medical devices
Strong interpersonal skills
Account management skills
Self-starter
Negotiating skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Work to targets
Good at managing business relationships
