Duty Manager
Location: 3 sites based around the Kent region. (Driving license required)
Hours: 5 days out of 7, will include weekend and night work on a rotational basis.
Salary: 32k-35k
We are currently seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our clients team. As a Duty Cleaning Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional cleaning service and delivery for our clients sites.
Due to the sites associated to the contract, a full Drugs and Alcohol screening medical is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Uphold cleaning standards and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to provide a safe environment for staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, reporting, and financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning management or related field.
- Strong background in cleaning services with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to effectively manage staff, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in managing resources efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
