I am currently working with a Housing association based in St Helens, looking for a CDM Advisor on a temporary basis.
My client is on a journey to shape the future, with their homes team recently restructured to better support our customers and communities. Their mission is to enhance their tenant's lives through a range of services.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction and maintenance projects comply with health and safety. You will ensure that construction and maintenance projects are planned and executed within relevant regulations and compliance.
You will be responsible for:
Advising on health, safety and environmental issues
Identify potential health and safety risks associated with construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with health and safety standards.
Provide training and guidance on CDM regulations
Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and standards.
What They Are Looking For:
Level 3 certificate in Occupational safety and health.

CMaps/ IMaPS
IOSHAbout them
They own and manage over 40,000 homes, providing high-quality housing and services while supporting their communities.
This is a 6-month temporary contract with an hourly rate of £21.30.
