This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support a busy finance department
Key Responsibilities
Inputting and assisting with all invoices, credit card spending and employee expenses
Assisting with monthly client invoices, producing monthly fees and recoverable expense invoices and statements for clients
Posting daily financial transactions
Filling
Photocopy
Printing of documentations The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
- High level of numeracy
- Good telephone manner
- Good MS Office Applications experience
- Strong and clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Reliability
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an hour for lunch. 24 days a year annual leave.
This is an entry level role. Some previous accounting experience is desirable but not essential as internal training will be offered for all aspects of the tasks assigned
