Location: Crewe
Salary: up to £25k
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
Acorn by Synergie has an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a dedicated and dynamic team within a market-leading company.
As an Administrator you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and supporting customers. This role is crucial in ensuring that the team operates smoothly and effectively contributing to the overall success of the company.
Duties will include:
Update customer accounts to ensure personal information is current and accurate, including managing the updated mailboxes and communicating with customers once actioned.
Accurate data entry: ensure all data entered is precise and accurate
Documentation compliance: conduct documentation checks to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Retrieve requested data efficiently and accurately
Maintain and update the database system as required
Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations
Perform various general administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to work in a small team environment and independently
Full training is provided, and ongoing product knowledge is supplied.
