Key Responsibilities:
Input and manage orders
Manage delivery schedules
Update delivery runs and figures
Handle cash and balance petty cash
Professionally handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers
Assist visitors in office for payments or collections
Perform daily filing and printing
Complete other administrative duties as requiredEssential Skills and Qualities:
Confident using systems including Word, Excel and SAGE
Professional telephone manner
Geographic knowledge for logistics planning
Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and responsible
A keen eye for detailThe ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. They should be comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks and interacting with a range of customers to ensure smooth operations.
