Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast city centre client who is a leading telecommunications solutions provider that has built up a range of offerings including business mobile, IoT, land line and IT.
The Role
Develop and maintain meaningful business relationships, while building an understanding of client's business drivers, both financial and operational
Consistently delivering an excellent level of customer service
Establish strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings
Keeping customers informed of new products and services
Stay up to date on competitor products and marketplace changes in order to keep and win business
Identify new business opportunities to drive up selling and cross-selling within customer base
Working closely with the Sales teams to identify and grow opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
Requirements:
Educated to GCSE Level
Proven experience in account management
At least one year's sales background
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Sales force or other CRM software
Proven expertise in addressing customer inquiries and issues, along with the ability to achieve satisfactory resolutions
Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions
