Office Based Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Based in Holloway North London
The purpose of the role as Front of House Receptionist/Adminisrator is:
To be a welcoming and efficient front of house.
To be part of and support the Finance and Admin team.
The role as Front of House Receptionist/Administrator is:

To manage reception

To ensure that they are aware of everyone working in the building during the working day

To be aware of any pick ups and returns of business goods
-
To manage the company’s diaries, both written and digital
-
To place orders as requested
-
To organise taxis as requested
To provide financial admin assistance, including completing commercial invoices, inputting data to costings spreadsheets and invoicing as required.
To provide a focal point at front of house and for the company and provide assistance and support to Admin and Finance.
