LHH is delighted to partner with a well-regarded public sector organisation as they seek HR Business Partner to join their team on a fixed term contract.
As HR Business Partner, you will be the key HR contact and provide professional, accurate and high-quality advice and guidance to your service area. This includes supporting line managers at all stages of case management processes including attendance management, disciplinary, grievances, hearings and employment tribunals. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships and develop an understanding of business needs to identify opportunities for the efficiency in development and application of HR processes, policies, procedures and systems.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and its practical applications. You will have extensive experience in a generalist HR position, providing professional support, advice and guidance on HR matters. You will have demonstratable communication and consultation skills, with the ability to communicate and build relationships with senior managers, trade unions, services and colleagues.
