We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Director, to join our Plumb Centre division at Wolseley. You will drive a high performing culture across c.150 sites with a combined turnover of over £400 million.
You will be part of a fantastic leadership team who demonstrate industry excellence and outstanding customer focus whilst continually reviewing best practice.
We are looking for a proven Regional Director / Senior Leader who will drive competitiveness and who will challenge the status quo to enable your region to grow.

Proven success working as a Regional Director, or senior leader from a B2B, trade or distribution type organisation.

Ability to identify areas of improvement, motivate your team & drive high engagement.
