Ethan James Group are working on behalf of a Facilities Management contractor to recruit a Project Manager to manage multiple construction & office refurbishment Projects across Berkshire, Hamopshire, Home Counties & in to London.
Main duties of the Project Manager are as follows

To manage and work closely with clients and identify new opportunities within those clients.

To assist all teams in the production of site surveys and quotations as required.

To assist in the development and growth of the business.

To manage and work closely with sub-contractors whilst carrying out construction projects and office refurbishments.

To manage and ensure compliance to aII health and safety requirements on site including production of risk assessments and method statements.

To manage and ensure compliance in accordance with Management System (BS14001).

Ensuring quality of product/materials and workmanship prior to and during all works.

Ensuring a high quality of customer service prior to, during and after every project.
-
Ensuring proiects are completed in the most cost-effective way with regard to manpower, site resources, procurement of materials, etc.

Cost Control and recording of Variations.

Managing Time/Budget and reporting to both client and senior staff.

Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Proiect and Outlook.
As an experienced Project Manager you will need the following

recognised qualification in Project Management Prince2, APMP or equivalent
-
qualified within construction or engineering, Mechanical or electrical
-
Minimum 3 years experience within Commercial office refurbishment
