Credit Control & Collections Administrator - MATERNITY COVER
Due to maternity, our client is seeking a Credit Control/Collections administrator to join their team.
Role responsibilites will include:-

Handling of all arrears accounts, maintaining regular contact with customers and providing support where possible

Undertaking the unpaid Direct debit process
-
Producing arrears statements and arrears letters
-
Handling any complaints and disputes in line with Company Policy

Attending meetings on monthly arrears meetings and taking notes

In return for the right candidate our client is offering a number of benefits including hybrid working. Core hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Both full time and part time hours considered
