Job Title: Administrator
Location: Oxford, OX1
Salary: Up to £32,000pa + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an extensive benefit package
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months to cover maternity leave
Responsibilities:
Oversee the studio's operations, ensuring sufficient stock of stationery, kitchen, and office supplies, and handling confidential waste management.
Aid in the implementation and maintenance of business processes and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the technical team, including booking travel, printing professional reports and drawings, and filing.
Coordinate meeting arrangements, including booking rooms, hosting guests, and managing meetings from start to finish.
Handle front office duties, such as welcoming visitors and answering phone calls.
Manage office facilities to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and ISO standards.Skills:
Proven experience in office management and administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational and time management skills
