Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00, Friday 8:00-16:00
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays + your birthday off!
Offer: £25,000-£28,000 with a review after 6 months’ probation
Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual? We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Care:
Answering Calls and Assisting/Recording Incoming Enquiries: Be the first point of contact for our clients. Handle incoming calls professionally, assist with queries, and ensure all enquiries are accurately recorded.
Managing Customer Orders and Stock Agreements: Oversee the entire order process from receipt to delivery. Ensure stock agreements are up-to-date and meet customer needs.
Processing Sales Orders and Invoices: Efficiently process sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Providing Customer Support: Address customer queries promptly and effectively. Fulfill document and sample requests to support customer requirements.
Managing Customer Statements, Credit Control, and Sales Invoice Posting: Maintain accurate customer statements, manage credit control processes, and ensure sales invoices are posted correctly.Sales Support:
Managing CRM, Diary, and Visits for Business Development: Keep the CRM system up-to-date, manage diaries for the sales team, and coordinate business development visits.
Following Up on Sales Pipelines: Monitor and follow up on sales pipelines to ensure potential opportunities are maximized.
Managing Opportunities: Handle enquiries, source specials, prepare quotes, and manage sample requests to support sales growth.
Onboarding New Customers: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
Managing Customer Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.Supply Chain Support:
Managing Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply of products.
Overseeing Logistics: Manage importing, customs processes, and delivery logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Ensuring Compliance: Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, quality control standards, and BRCGS management to ensure high standards are met across the supply chain.
