Office Manager required to join a growing team in the North East!
Responsibilities:

Finance administration and general admin tasks

log enquiries and calls

arrange travel and accommodation for staff

produce and format minutes, letters, reports and presentations

manage teams channels
-
manage staff sickenss, holidays and absence
-
complete supplier forms and bid documents
-
manager QA & HSE procedures and policies
-
coordinate meetings
Experience:
-
Proven experience as an office manager
-
in depth understanding of office management procedures
-
financial and facilities management principles
-
MS Office
-
Organisational and multitasking abilities
-
Knowledge of XERO
