Customer Service Administrator
Location: Stonehouse
Salary: £25,500 per annum + Bonuses
Hours: 8.30am/9.00am - 5.00pm/5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:

Manage breakdowns and planned service visits from start to finish

Build and maintain good working relationships with customers

Ensure the systems are fully updated including SAP and Outlook calendars

Complete all required administration tasks on SAP

Maintain professional and timely communication with other departments within the company.

Accurately prepare business reports to a very high level

Support to the Managing Director and the Commercial and Technical Support Teams as required.

Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
Key Skills:

Excellent IT skills including MS office

Customer focused with great attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurised environment.

Confident and enthusiastic communicator with excellent customer interaction skills (via telephone and email).
