This role is covering the North of the UK and involves remote work, client meetings on-site, and working out of Apogee offices. Salary includes a basic salary, car + Commission.
This role will involve providing technical consultancy to both clients and our internal sales team, focusing initially on Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions. You will bridge the gap between our UK-based sales force and technical delivery teams, ensuring that our managed IT solutions meet client requirements and add significant value.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, technical delivery teams, and product managers to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
Ensure that proposed solutions adhere to industry best practices and align with client expectations.
Partner with Sales Managers to drive successful sales closures.
Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, technical delivery teams, and clients.
Attend client meetings, either onsite or remotely, to discuss and promote solutions.
Advise clients on the effective use of Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure to optimise their IT investments.
Assist with Proof of Concepts, technical surveys, and the quotation process.
Produce and update technical documentation for successful sales opportunities.
Contribute to the development of proposal and tender content.
Manage client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle and beyond.
Lead pre-sales education sessions on new technologies and solutions.
