The Senior Office Administrator
The incoming Senior Office Administrator will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting Senior Directors and PA's
Diary management
Audio typing and taking meeting notes
Compiling commercial building surveying reports
Office management and administration
Arranging travel bookings
Ordering office supplies
General office housekeeping (e.g., dishwasher, watering plants)
Meeting and greeting visitors
Setting up meeting rooms
Training as a fire aider and fire marshal
Filing and photocopying
Answering reception phone using a switchboard
Acting as a gatekeeper
Handling postal deliveries
Managing absences and holidaysThe Senior Office Administrator
The perfect candidate will have:
Experience in report writing and copy typing
Proficiency in Microsoft programs
Familiarity with Core and SharePoint (desired)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Experience in a legal or medical secretary role (desired)
Proven experience in office administration, secretary, or PA rolesIn Return?
