Business Development Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Business Development Manager due to business expansion within a well-established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. This hybrid role offers flexibility with the office location dependent on the successful candidate’s home base, preferably within the Midlands or North of England.

Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 with a performance-based company bonus scheme.

Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Experience within the construction sector, with particular emphasis on compliance, refurbishment, and maintenance markets.
