Lettings Administrator- Brighton – 6 Month FTC
Do you have previous Lettings/ property admin experience, and want to get your foot in the door with a globally leading real estate firm?
One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Lettings Administrator to come and join their Lettings team in their brand-new Build to Rent development in Brighton consisting of over 200 luxury apartments. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a great company where the opportunities will be endless.
What will you do?
• Assist in the tenancy management of the apartments.
• Be the first point of contact for enquiries from tenants and contractors.
• Follow the tenancy journey from start to move in, such as arranging tenancy deposits, referencing of applicants, and issuing ASTs.
• Speak with the property accounts team regarding any property queries.
• Ensure that you regularly liaise and work with all members of the team to assist in any other duties required.
• provide professional business advice on tenancies and end of tenancy procedures.
• Update utility providers of tenancy changes.
This role requires the following skillset/ experience:
• Previous lettings admin or property admin experience.
• Exceptional organisation skills.
• Great understanding of the importance of client care.
• Computer literate in Microsoft office and Excel.
• Exceptional time management
