Position: Account Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + OTE

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling our clients diverse range of IT solutions.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Consultancy: Providing expert advice and strategic planning to help businesses align their IT infrastructure with their long-term goals.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the IT sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
