Sales Administrator, Didcot, office based - £28,000 - £32,000
Global CTS are working with a company based in Didcot, they are looking for an Internal Sales and Customer Services person to join their team. The role is fast-paced and involves continual interaction with customers via email, telephone and live chat. We are looking for a capable, efficient and dedicated person to take and process orders onto our system.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming sales enquiries from customers – this involves finding the correct product, then following it through to quote closure

Answer incoming queries and sales requests and follow through produce quotations

Liaising with the warehouse team regarding customer order issues

Ensuring interactions with customers are logged and contacts are up to date

Calling customers to update records

Supporting reps with planning appointments

Entering orders taken via email, telephone, web portal and rep visits onto our system, advising customers on products and sorting queries with orders

Supporting with the inbox, dealing with emails to the main address, processing or forwarding to relevant personnel

Monitoring and responding to the online chat on our web portal

Dealing with queries, delivery issues, returns, product faults and errors

Adding users to web portals and updating products on the portals
