Our client are a contractor accountancy firm who are, due to staff development, seeking a Key Account Executive to join their award-winning Sales department.
The Role
Managing and nurturing key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries
Address and resolve agency queries
Action cross sell opportunities
To maintain a record of existing accounts
Support the KAD with consultant legislation/ Umbrella training where necessary
Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where required
Provide support to KAD with agency merchandise and hospitality requirements
Complete all commercial request forms required for the patch Key Account Executive
The Candidate
Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Umbrella industry
To have worked in a similar role where the expectations split between sales and support
Effective written and oral communication skills
Experience in exceeding call targets
Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently with minimal support
Previous experience collaborating
Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system
Proficient in Microsoft office
Salary + Benefits
A generous base salary of £30,000 is available for this role, with a realistic OTE of £45,000.
