THE ROLE:
Working at a beautiful care home in Shipham, the role:
Provide leadership to the team, acting as a positive role model at all times
Oversee and coordinate personalised care plans
Ensure adherence to care regulations and standards
Serve as the primary liaison for residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Promote continuous professional growth and development for care staff
Champion the needs and rights of residents
Oversee administrative tasks related to the delivery of care.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a similar role - care background essential
NVQ Level 3+ in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Understanding of Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, learning disabilities and person-centred care practices
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving lives
Home-based skills (eg DIY, cooking and gardening)
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£15.25 - £16.25, dependent on experience
£200 attendance bonus every 4 months
