Are you a confident and enthusiastic Marketing Manager looking for a new paid media focussed position?
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing our clients brand across all channels, including, planning and optimising campaigns across paid search advertising and paid social advertising.
Marketing Managers with strong campaign management, brand development and paid media background are urged to apply. Further accountabilities as follows;
Principle Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role:

Brand development and strategy

Social media content calendar management

Set up and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other PPC campaigns alongside the Marketing Executives.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of all Paid Media elements,
-
Continual optimisation of paid activity to provide cost-efficient, incremental value.

Liaising with Google and Facebook product experts to enhance campaigns.

Managing client budgets across all paid campaigns.
-
Reporting to the Head of Marketing of any over/underspending.

Reviewing areas to improve conversion rates
-
Track and report on social media metrics to measure engagement and growth.
Person Specification for the Marketing Manager role:

3 or more years’ specialist experience in managing campaigns and growing brands.

Substantial Paid Social experience.

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion journeys.

Ability to identify issues and be pro-active in providing solutions.
-
A good team player with effective communication and presentation skills.
-
Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to plan workload.
