The position of Packaging Stock Administrator will take responsibility for returnable assets and work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure the effective management of tray and pallets incorporating;
Stock reconciliation, resolving any discrepancies
Collection arrangements, through transport suppliers
De-hire, based on orders through returnable asset portals
Stocktake daily, to ensure sufficient availability for production
Management of documentation, invoices and resolving any related queries

Requirements;
Knowledge of packaging / pallets / trays / stock management; highly advantageous
High level of professional communication, to accompany attention to detail
IT confident; MS Office - Essential, Prophet - Beneficial
Ability to work in a fast paced, FMCG environment
Salary: c£30k
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
Location: Essex, commutable from Kent and Essex
