This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or account management who thrives on building strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless operations.
Overall Purpose of the Role:
To oversee the customer journey within a designated geographical area, ensuring an exceptional experience across all business channels.
What You’ll Do:
Manage customer interactions
Make outbound calls according to the daily call plan
Handle inbound calls and take appropriate actions
Support customer orders via various channels
Ensure customer details are accurately logged and maintained
Process order amendments and add-ons for phone and web orders
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads
Reactivate lapsed accounts
Update customers on new products and product developments
Provide ongoing support to webshop customers
Address and resolve any issues customers may have through case management
Work with the sales team and accounts receivable to ensure no outstanding debts
Raise and manage issues through case management, involving relevant departments as needed
Escalate issues to the appropriate account manager if further support is required

Please note:
This role will include 1 in 3 Sundays and some Bank Holidays throughout the year.
