Our client is looking for an Administrator for a long-term contract position, located in Aberdeen (Hybrid Working).
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will involve working in a small administration team supporting the Aberdeen office with its administration needs, including but not limited to:
Processing both onshore and offshore timesheets.
Processing reports received from offshore, including Daily Tracking Sheets, Toolbox Talks and Job Safety Analysis Reports.
Processing departmental annual leave requests and maintaining the department Team Planner.
Providing document control cover as required for Project Administration Supervisor.
Assisting with raising orders in SAP based on Material Requisitions received from offshore worksites.
Booking travel for onshore personnel.
Maintaining the office working tracker.
Raising IT requests for new employees and assisting in raising IT requests for access rights, etc. where required
Performing ad hoc duties as required for department.
Conduct all activities within the Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions.
Ensuring their own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk.
REQUIREMENTS
The Successful candidate should have the following experience:
Required
Previous experience in an Administrator position.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desirable
Document control experience.
Good secondary education.
The procurement system used by the company, SAP, is highly tailored to company, and therefore all necessary training will be provided
