Your new role
As a Professional Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the team. You'll be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and financial aspects of construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
Contract Management: Administer contracts, handle variations, and manage subcontractor agreements.
Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks related to costs, materials, and project timelines.
Quantity Takeoffs: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials and labour.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on project costs, progress, and financial status.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
