We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, particularly within sales departments handling complex orders and high-pressure demands.
Your Role:
As the Sales Support Administrator, you'll be an integral part of the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Generate and manage customer documentation, reports, and orders.
- Process and update orders using CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers, maintaining up-to-date information in the system.
- Support and collaborate with Account Managers/Directors to meet sales objectives.
- Serve as an additional communication point for customers, enhancing their experience.
- Assist with Pre-Sales queries, pricing, and complex quoting processes.
- Monitor and manage third-party renewals, providing timely status updates.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Create and manage Pre-Sales requests and related activities.
- Assist with tenders, questionnaires, and registration processes.
- Manage travel bookings, hotels, and expenses for the sales team.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or sales coordination role ideally within a technology services or IT solutions environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in IT with extensive experience using various CRM systems.
